Do you know why learning Arabic is so important? Every Muslim is aware that Arabic is the language of the Quran, and it is an essential tool that is used to understand the meanings of Hadith and the Quran.
There’s a saying about the Quran by Allah:
"A Book whereof the Verses are explained in detail, a Qur'an in Arabic for people who know."
The entire Muslim Ummah should be honored to read this noblest language as the Holy Quran was revealed to the last prophet (SAW) in Arabic. Therefore our complete attention should be to acquire it so that we can pay full attention to the Holy Book of Allah.
The base of Islamic law was also formed on this language, which taught us about the righteous path; hence we can call Arabic the language of our religion as it has shown Muslims the way of life.

Importance of Arabic in the Quran:
The importance of Arabic is not only because of it being the language of the Quran, but Allah has also mentioned it in the Holy book, which makes it impossible for us to ignore it. Therefore, Muslims need to gain knowledge about the Arabic Language for performing all the religious deeds such as praying Salah or for the recitation of the Quran.
"Verily, we have sent it down as an Arabic Qur'an in order that you may understand." Al-Qur'an 12:2
And The Exalted said (which means):
"And truly this (the Qur'an) is a revelation from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinn and all that exists), which the trustworthy Ruh (Jibril) has brought down upon your heart (O Muhammad) that you may be (one) of the warners, in the plain Arabic language."
It is very clear from the verses mentioned above that it has been stated in the Quran that Allah wants us to learn Arabic for reading his Holy Quran, which he has promised to protect till the last day of this world.
The Most Merciful said (which means):
"Verily! It is We Who have sent down the Reminder (i.e., the Qur'an) and surely We will guard it (from corruption)."
So, do not waste your time reading only the translations of the Quran because reading it in its original language is much more critical. Make yourself open to the Speech of Allah so that you can understand its message clearly.
